How we use browser storage

We use storage for two purposes:

• Essential preference storage remembers the privacy choice you make so the site can respect it on later visits.
• Optional analytics helps us understand aggregated website activity and is loaded only if you select “Accept analytics”.

Essential preference storage

mendit-cookie-consent is a local-storage entry that records either accepted or essential. It remains in your browser until you remove this site’s data or reset your choice using the button below. It is not used to identify you or track your activity.

Google Analytics

If a Google Analytics measurement ID is configured and you accept analytics, the site loads Google Analytics with IP anonymisation enabled. Google may then set cookies such as _ga and a property-specific _ga_… cookie to distinguish visits and maintain session information. These cookies are commonly configured to expire after up to two years, although their actual duration may be refreshed or changed by Google. We use the resulting reports to understand website use, not to make automated decisions about you.

Analytics does not load if you select “Essential only”, if you have not yet made a choice, or if Mendit has not configured a measurement ID.

Rave CRM booking calendar

Pages containing the consultation calendar embed content from Rave CRM. When the calendar loads, your browser connects directly to that provider, which receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details and may use its own cookies or similar storage. Information you enter into the calendar is submitted through Rave CRM so that Mendit can arrange the booking. The provider controls the names and duration of its storage and may change them independently of this website.

External contact services

WhatsApp, telephone and email links open an external service or application. If you use one, its provider may process your activity and use storage under its own privacy and cookie terms.

Managing your choice

You can reset the choice stored by this website using the button below. You can also block or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage means the site may ask for your preference again. Removing analytics cookies does not automatically withdraw your saved consent, so reset your choice here as well if you no longer want analytics to load.
