The website introduces Mendit’s construction, renovation and property services, shares general guidance and examples, and provides ways to make an enquiry or book a conversation. It is intended primarily for people considering projects in Mendit’s service area.
General information, not professional advice
Website content is provided for general information. It is not a substitute for architectural, engineering, planning, legal, financial, tax, surveying or building-control advice for a particular property. Conditions, approvals, regulations, costs and suitable construction methods vary. You should obtain advice based on the property and proposed work before acting or incurring cost.
Enquiries, estimates and contracts
Sending an enquiry, booking a call, discussing a project, receiving an estimate or viewing a website statement does not appoint Mendit or create a construction contract. An estimate is not a binding quotation unless it expressly says otherwise. Any appointment or construction work is governed by the specific written agreement entered into for that work, which will take priority over these website terms if there is any conflict.
Project images and visualisations
Images may include completed work, design visualisations, illustrative material or licensed photography. Illustrative images and visualisations show a design intent or example only; they are not a promise that a particular property, specification or finished result will be identical. Project feasibility and outcomes depend on surveys, design, approvals, existing conditions, selected materials and the relevant written agreement.
Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care over website content but do not guarantee that it is complete, current, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice. Regulations, guidance, prices, availability and third-party content can change after publication.
